Kimberly Smith-Moore

Kimberly Smith-Moore manages NeighborhoodLIFT®, CityLIFT® andHomeLIFTsm down payment assistance programs which promote responsible and sustainable homeownership through education and counseling, The LIFT programs provide down payment assistance to eligible low to moderate income homebuyers in markets across the county. She also oversees the operations of several national grant programs such as the Local Initiative Grant Program, National Housing Grant Program and Homeownership Counseling Grant program. These programs provide grants to nonprofit organizations across the country in support of their neighborhood revitalization efforts. Most recently she manages the African American Commitment focused on advancing homeownership in the communities we serve.

Her mortgage career began with Prudential Home Mortgage. Since that time, she has managed grant programs with the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation and has led teams within Wells Fargo’s Loss Mitigation/Servicing, Product Development and the National Consumer Lending Project Management.

Kim has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. She is a licensed real estate agent and broker. Her professional associations include: member of the National Association of Realtors, Minneapolis Area Association Board of Realtors, Minnesota Council of Foundations, Girls In Action mentoring program Advisory board chair. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Project/Program Management from Metropolitan State University, Minnesota
